Translation: -The virtues of self-discipline become strong in conscious mind and relating to whole world when are not limited or conditioned to class of life, place in space and particular time.

The five virtues of the yogic discipline of self-discipline that are harmlessness, truthfulness, and self-restraint from misappropriation, energy of procreation and non-greediness. When the connection of these virtues thoughts gets disconnected from distinction of class of life or particular place or particular present past or future time in conscious mind, the discipline of restraint becomes supreme great value. When a particular class or place or time or occasion does not qualify these virtues, the resultant fruit gets bestowed with an all symbolizes great virtue and authority in conscious mind and thought process of mind. When these virtues are not affected or modified by distinctions of birth, nationality, geography and epoch both ancient and modern, they become universal and ever lasting in conscious mind,

When all the five virtues of yogic discipline of self-discipline keep and maintain a connection with a particular class or a particular place or a particular time or a particular occasion, they all remain merely virtues. In such a state these virtues do not become all encompassing and universal in conscious mind . As such, effort is necessarily to be made to consciously thought these virtues without any distinction to any given times or l given places, given classes of people or l given occasions. A firm resolve is to be taken to conscious thought these virtues irrespective of the distinctions of birth, nationality, geography, epoch, ancient or modern and circumstances.

It is only by making concerted efforts in this regard that these virtues get converted from mere virtues into universal virtues in deeper conscious mind. It is then that these virtues attain the all-encompassing great authority. Further, resolve is to be made to conscious thought these virtues by crossing beyond the characteristics and qualities of nature’s essence or reality namely melodious and illumination, motion and action and sluggish and inactive along with their characteristics and modes. Resolve is also to be made to make the conscious thought of these virtues universal for all the essences and realities of nature. The virtue of restraint is to be conscious thought in the depth of the conscious mind. It is to be conscious thought by crossing beyond the seven layers of lack of spiritual knowledge of unconscious mind.

The virtue of restraint is to be conscious thought by crossing beyond affection, enmity, fear or any particular life or living being or nature or time. The virtue of restraint is not only to be conscious thought in the upper part or layers of the unconscious mind. It is also to be conscious thought in the subtle deeper conscious mind and in the inner core mind called subtlest nature essence. It is to be conscious thought and carefully taken to the deeper mind. It is to be made static in the depth of the conscious mind. The stages of the yogic discipline of self-discipline are to be made all encompassing and all embracing. These categorical of the essence are to be observed under all circumstances irrespective of time, place and exigencies.

This technique of meditation based on Islamic principles of prayer by Namaz. It aims the achievement of the supreme realization of conscience by the devotion at formless God. Both consider to the universe as contingent and thus transient. The systems of prayer of all the religions are good and lead to the same source and only the difference is in the ritual one. The best is which is inherited and deeply rooted in thoughts and in while such thoughts voluntarily agree to enter. If you are not a Muslim and your thoughts are not accepting to carry out meditation by Namaz principles, feel the thought of your deity or your lord according to your belief while carrying out meditation in Namaz principles.

The standing meditations based by Namaz principles are while naval area is being held with the folded hands and while being stretched then in bottom with the knees. It is useful to make the body, the feet, the legs, and the spine functioning together. The spine meditations based by Namaz principles is by advancing half body to rest on the knees and by curving the head all while being held and then beside resting on the folded legs. It is useful to improve the spine and the nervous system, which is backbone of body. The head meditations based by Namaz principles is lowering of the head all while being held .It is useful to improve the circulatory system of blood in the artery and to veil which is backbone of the life.The twisting meditations based by Namaz principles are while twisting spine towards the right-hand side and the left. It improves the cervical flexibility of system and neck.

The sitting meditations based by Namaz principles is while resting on legs with the spine and the neck vertical .It is a convenient static meditations which brings back the force of gravitation of the ground to the body and the detachment resulting from the body of the spirit. Really all the meditations based by Namaz principles stimulate the relieving of body, slowing down the breath and awaking the conscience with the spirit. The meditations based by Namaz principles is as suggested in the Patanjali yoga. Both consider that the body is manifestation of the individual me who has his origin in conscious of spirit. he individual me of the spirit has his origin in the formless God.

The meditations based by Islamic Namaz principles consist mainly: -

1.Stand straight, with the folded right hand, over the left. Concentrate on your body and feel it. Continue to judge that the body subtle and this matter body disappeared. Feel with the respect in the conscious brain, the abandonment of the mortal of the terrestrial human body before God formless.

2.Stand straight, with half of folded body, the hands resting on the knees and the head folded towards the ground. Feel with respect, with the spirit of formless, and the flow interiors of current thoughts of conscious brain. Recall and feel with the respect in the conscious brain, the memory of the thoughts of the vice actions carried out in the life by the human body and of the vice thoughts and the desires entering the brain and the regret for him. Accept the degradation caused by it before formless God. Beg forgiveness and the supreme blessing.

3.Sit resting on the knees, with the legs turned towards the interior, the weight on the left and right leg, the foot resting on the large toe, the hands on the two knees. Feel with the respect in the conscious brain, the memory of the mystical dependence of individual me on formless God. Request it for cosmic energy and the willpower to live the virtuous true life and aiming to maintain others and in the name God.

4.lay on the ground, leaning on the large toes of the feet, the knees, the elbows, the chin, and the face concerning the ground. And express the complete humility terrestrial body and individual me in conscious brain. Feel the complete rendering of the terrestrial bodies and individual me in the conscious brain before God formless. Feel the disappearance of the terrestrial body, individual thoughtless brain and me. Feel the release of soul from the prison of terrestrial thoughts and egoism of the duality.

5.Turn the main head initially towards the right side, and then, after a short pause, to turn it towards the left. Express and feel in the conscious brain that the body, the spirit and the individual me before God of the Pole of north and the south. Feel formless God; the Supreme Being presence is visionary, and it’s all around in universe. Feel that you have realized, the pure conscious entering you from formless God.

Feel to the worldly positions, the worldly powers, and the worldly honors, and that these do not give to the individual me peace but increases individual me, and mental tensions. And its pain can be reduced by meditations based by Namaz principles. Meditations based by Namaz principles also increases the concentration and the meditation in the conscious brain and gives immense the calmness, serenity and tranquility with the spirit.

The individual me is the cause of root of the human pains. Human pains exist only in the brain without knowledge of conscious and disappear by consciously observing it according to meditations based by Islamic Namaz principles. One, which ordered the individual me, is a Master of the universe and the free truth of class of the life, place in space and time of detail.
